Xythos Ticketing
Tickets allow both Xythos and non-Xythos users secure access to your files. Although similar to sharing files, the ticket function allows you to set up access to your files using specific access rights and, optionally, an expiration date. Also, the file does not have to be in a publicly shared directory.
Comprehensive instructions for creating Tickets is available by clicking the Help icon 
on the Xythos login page which brings up the Xythos Help screen.
