Graphics Problems with the Citrix Client for Java and Dual Monitors
This article applys to the following Citrix/Virtual Desktop clients: 
Issue
When connecting to a Virtual Desktop application using a computer with dual monitors, graphical problems can arise when using the Citrix Client for Java. Most notably:
- The cursor is surrounded by a black box approximately 100 X 100 pixels and the cursor itself is transparent.
- You get a message about the video mode not being supported:
Cause
This problem is due to a limitation of the Java client. There is no known remedy to fix the Java Client itself.
Solution
If you are using a PC, use the Citrix Web Client. If you are using a Mac, use the Citrix Client for Mac OS X.
