General Virtual Desktop Issues
- The following error message appears when trying to access a program on Virtual Desktop:
The resource you requested is no longer available from the servers or the specified user no longer has access to it.
This error message may indicate you are trying to access a program on Virtual Desktop that is only licensed for on-campus use, such as the Adobe Creative Suite desktop or SPSS. See the available applications page for more information on which applications are available on or off campus through Virtual Desktop.
