ITS Help Desk

The University of Iowa offers a computer help desk maintained by the Information Technology Services (ITS) organization. The ITS Help Desk provides assistance with computer problems and answers questions about software, hardware, networking and operating systems. It is available to all students, faculty and staff free of charge.
