Download and Install Identity Finder

Note: Identity Finder is licensed for UI faculty and staff only. Faculty and staff are licensed for their work computer and one install on a home computer. You must have local administrative privileges on your computer to install the software.

To download and install Identity Finder on your computer:

  1. Go to the ITS Software Download site and log in with your domain\Hawk ID and password.

  2. Click on the Identity Finder entry in the list of software.

  3. Click on the Customized Version button and select a location to save the installer file that you will remember.

  4. After the download completes, double-click on the Identity Finder installer file to start the installation.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
