&lt;p&gt;RIM, the company that makes Blackberry phones,&amp;nbsp;has had a major issue in their network which may impact BES users.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Service Affected:&amp;nbsp; SMPP, SNPP, BIS, Relay/SRP&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Area Affected: National&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;RIM has advised 50% of our subscribers roaming and nationally may experience delays in sending or receiving messages, acquiring and sending PIN's, Internet browsing and Instant Messaging.&amp;nbsp; BlackBerry Enterprise Servers may be unable to connect to the BlackBerry Infrastructure causing delays in email retrieval as well.&amp;nbsp; Integrate third-party email accounts are also impacted.&amp;nbsp; RIM is currently investigating and working to resolve these delays.&amp;nbsp; No estimated time for repair is available at this time.&lt;/p&gt;
