Accessing Remedy

There are three ways to access the Remedy System:

• Remedy Client - Recommended for Windows users
• Virtual Desktop - allows you to run the full Remedy client through a web browser
• Remedy Web Site - allows access to the web version of Remedy
  • Browser Requirements: Internet Explorer (Windows Only), Mozilla Firefox (Macintosh or Windows)
