Accessing Remedy
There are three ways to access the Remedy System:
- Remedy Client - Recommended for Windows users
- Virtual Desktop - allows you to run the full Remedy client through a web browser
- Remedy Web Site - allows access to the web version of Remedy
- Browser Requirements: Internet Explorer (Windows Only), Mozilla Firefox (Macintosh or Windows)

Remedy Feature Requests
We are very interested in hearing what ideas and enhancements people would like to see for Remedy. We have put together a list of features that have already been requested.
We cannot promise that all requests will be made, however, we will work to do the best we can.
