How to Modify iPrint Printer Options on a Windows Computer

Before you can modify iPrint printer options, you must have downloaded and installed the ITC Printing Client software on your computer and configured the printer connection to your computer. If you have not yet done that, go back to the iPrint instructions page.  

Once the ITC Printing Client software has been downloaded and installed on your computer and you have connected to an iPrint printer, you can modify the printer options.

How to Modify iPrint Printer Options on Windows Vista Computer

1. Click the Start button and choose Control Panel.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Hardware and Sound.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Printers.
   
   
   
   
4. Right-click on the printer you wish to modify and choose Properties. The illustration below uses Weeg-ITC-Main as an example.
   
   
   
   
5. Choose the Device Settings tab at the top of the window and scroll down to the Installable Options section near the bottom.  Modify the options as appropriate (optional tray, duplex unit…etc).  Available printer options are listed in the list of available iPrint printers. 
   
   
   
   
6. When finished, click the OK button and close the Control Panel.

3. Click View installed printers or fax printers.
   
   
   
   
4. Right-click on the printer you wish to modify and choose Properties. The illustration below uses Weeg-ITC-Main as an example.
