Setting up a Partnership between your Pocket PC and Hawkmail
A partnership is the configuration that determines how your PDA and PC exchange information to make sure that the data on each stays consistent. After you have installed the software that comes with your Pocket PC, you will have a program called Microsoft Active Sync installed on your computer. This program manages the data on your PDA and your computer and allows you to select what information to maintain as well as the source of the information.
When you first connect your PDA to your computer a window will open and you will be prompted to select a type of partnership. Pick Standard partnership and click Next.

Below the server information, enter your Hawk ID, password and your domain. If you wish, Active Sync will remember your password if you check the "Save Password" box. Click Next when you are finished.

4. Next you will be prompted to pick which items you wish to synchronize. Check whichever items you wish and click Next.
