Connect to the ITS Help Desk using Help Desk Live - Off Campus
Help Desk Live allows you to chat with a live Help Desk consultant. Help Desk Live will not only allow you to chat with the consultant, but also allow the consultant to view your screen if you like, or even control your mouse to show you how to solve a problem. (There are some browser limitations for some Help Desk Live features. Go to the overview page for more information about browsers.)
