Power has now been restored to the University's primary data center. Some services are still unavailable at this time.

Active Directory - Active Directory and Hawk ID authentication are operational.
Blackberry - operational
Campus Network - The main campus network is operational. Buildings directly impacted by the flood do not have network connectivity as well as a few additional buildings. We will work to provide a more comprehensive list.
Digital Media Hosting and Delivery (WindowsMedia, QuickTime & Flash streaming) - operational
Email Routing - email routing on and off-campus is operational.
Hawkeye Drive/University Apartments Internet Service - operational
Hawk ID Tools - operational
Hawkmail (Exchange) - the Hawkmail services is now fully operational.
ICON - operational
Internet-based Meetings and Classes (Elluminate Live!) - operational
Internet-Based Video Conferencing - Consulting and other support for room-based Internet video conferencing - operational
Laptop Checkout - Laptops formerly checked out at the Main Library ITC are now available at the ITS Help Desk
Listserv - operational
Mass Mail - the mass mail service is functional and mass mails can be sent.
MyFiles - operational
Myteam - operational
MyWeb - operational
Remedy - the Remedy call tracking service is operational
Telephone Service - operational in all building not impacted directly by flood waters.
Thesis Consulting - operational
