Accessing Hawkmail from Off Campus through Virtual Desktop

If you cannot use Outlook Web Access (OWA), the Outlook 2003 or 2007 e-mail client (Windows), the Entourage e-mail client (Mac), or Remote Desktop to access your Hawkmail account from off campus, you may be able to use Virtual Desktop to access Outlook. Virtual Desktop is a technology that allows remote users to connect to applications that are actually installed on a remote computer.

If you are already familiar with using Virtual Desktop, go to http://virtualdesktop.uiowa.edu to connect using the web interface and access Outlook 2003.
