Student Services Group (SSG) Moratorium
The ITS Help Desk will not be accepting customer computers for check-in to the Student Servicing Group (SSG) the week of February 11th through February 18th, in preparation for our move to the University Capitol Centre. (For more information about the ITS move, see http://www.its.uiowa.edu/moving/.) The Help Desk will take extra efforts to assist customers with repairing and reformatting their own machines, as well as emergency data recovery during the moratorium.

The ITS Help Desk plans to resume checking in customer computers at our new location on the second floor of the University Capitol Centre on Monday, February 19th.
