12/17/2007 - ITS Help Desk Winter Interim Hours

The ITS Help Desk will provide telephone support and walk-in support at the University Capitol Centre location Monday through Friday from 8 Am to 5 PM during the winter interim. Walk-in service at the Main Library location will also be provided according to the Main Library North Entrance winter interim hours. Both locations of the Help Desk will be closed for all University Holidays (December 22nd-25th, January 1st, and January 21st). The Help Desk will resume regular hours of operation on Tuesday, January 22nd.

11/27/2007 - How to Backup Your Personal Data

Do you store pictures, music, school work, or financial information on your personal computer? If so, you may be only one computer virus, hardware failure, or user error away from losing that important digital information. The ITS Help Desk recommends keeping current backups of your data readily available and easily accessible in case of a computer failure. See the Personal Data Backup Support Center for backup options and instructions.

11/12/2007 - ITS Help Desk Thanksgiving Recess Hours

The ITS Help Desk will observe Thanksgiving Recess hours beginning Friday, November 16th at 5:00PM. The Help Desk will provide telephone support and walk-in support at the University Capitol Centre location from Monday, November 19th through Wednesday, November 21st, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Telephone support will be closed Thursday, November 22nd through Saturday, November 24th. The Help Desk will also provide walk-in support at the Main Library location over the Thanksgiving Recess according to the Main Library North Entrance hours. Telephone and regular support hours will resume on Sunday, November 25th.
