5/23/2007 - ITS Help Desk Memorial Day Holiday Weekend Hours
The ITS Help Desk will be closed on Saturday, May 26th through Monday, May 28th for the Memorial Day holiday weekend. The Help Desk will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 29th.

You may have recently read or heard news reports about the settlement of the antitrust class action lawsuit against Microsoft in the state of Iowa. 5/3/2007 - ITS Help Desk Finals Week Hours
The ITS Help Desk will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday during finals week, May 7th through May 11th. The Help Desk will resume regular hours of operation on Monday, May 14th.
