12/19/2005 - Free Computer-related Campus Jobs Training Programs

ITS is offering free training programs for students currently in or interested in computer-related campus jobs. One program focuses on core IT skills (networking, PC hardware, trouble-shooting, etc.), and the other program focuses on web design and development skills. 12/16/2005 - Help Desk Holidays and Winter Break Hours

The ITS Help Desk will be open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM during Winter Break. The Help Desk will be closed December 24th - December 27th and December 31st - January 2nd for the holidays. The Help Desk will resume Winter Break hours on Tuesday, January 3, 2006.
