Shibboleth Identity Provider - Planned Outage

Description:

ITS will be upgrading the Shibboleth Identity Provider software that provides federated login support for several web applications on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

The service will remain up during this time, but users who access the applications listed below during the maintenance window may experience issues with login, requiring them to re-login to a federated application, or possibly delete a browser cookie with the name "_idp_session". 

We expect the work to take approximately a half hour but have scheduled a full hour for contingencies.

Microsoft DreamSpark
IndianaCTSI
NIH CTSA Wiki Service
