UICapture/Panopto - Planned Outage

Update:  The upgrade is all done and the UICapture service is up and running properly again.

You will be able to download the new Windows and Mac recorders from your respective sub-domains as well as from the ITS Software Download Page for UI Capture/Panopto.

Original Notice: ITS has scheduled an upgrade for the UICapture system to version 4.2 on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Users will still be able to record offline.  Once the upgrade is finished, users will be able to upload their recordings to the UICapture server again.  In addition, users will be able to download the new Windows and Mac recorders once the upgrade is finished.
