UPDATE: The technical difficulties with ICON have been resolved.  Please contact the ITS Help Desk if you continue to experience issues.

ICON is currently experiencing technical difficulties.  Users are receiving 500 Errors or "term not found" error messages when trying to browse to quizzes and other content.  ITS is aware of the issue and is currently working on a resolution.  We will keep our Alerts and Outages page updated as we receive more information.
